New for the summer of 2021, Kölsch is a style we have been excited about making for quite a while. Kölsch yeast offers a new presentation of a familiar set of ingredients we love and base so many of our beers after; Endeavor barley pilsner from Valley Malt, lower alpha and noble hops and of course our farm’s well water. Over the course of the summer we will be making a few batches of Kölsch inspired beers, each with a distinct hop profile, but cohesively bright, refreshing, and perfect for a summer day on our farm.
