Ripe, but not in excess. A strong limestone character that gives it a nice texture. A very fine wine with a dominant red fruit flavor such as redcurrant, pomegranate with a spicy background and extremely fine tannins.
The nose offers notes of red fruit, citrus peel, green apple and light hazelnut. On the palate we find a beautiful freshness and minerality.
In between classic Jura, and the wild world of natural winemaking. Rich, round and complex with lively acidity making it incredibly drinkable.
