The grapes were fermented on the skins for a fortnight, before being pressed off to concrete vats to rest. Light, bright and perfumed with red cherry, blood orange and wildflowers – served chilled.

Beautiful ruby red color. The nose is delicate with hints of flowers and rose petals. Intense red fruit flavor, with good acidity and round tannins.

On the nose this is warm and a little earthy - ripe cherry and an undertone of mushrooms. The palate is slightly alcoholic, but lean and acidic. Flavors are sour cherry, fennel, and mineral.
