A blend of Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir in equal measure. An extremely long and gentle maceration process imparts feather-light weight yet vibrant with unexpected texture and minerality. Lively red fruit notes on the palate. Bright cherry, red currant, wild strawberry, crunchy plum with soft spice and earth. There’s a subtle herbal edge, and a fine line of acidity that makes it deeply drinkable. It’s the kind of wine that blurs the line between red and rosé.
