All of the vines are sustainably farmed and harvested by hand. The rosé is a direct-press wine that is fermented with native yeasts in fiberglass and cement tanks, aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for 4-6 months, does not go through malolactic fermentation and is bottled without filtration.
Lovely pale pink color, pretty aromas of red raspberry, tart strawberry, citrus and melon. The palate is very crisp and fresh with candied red fruits, citrus and stony acids that continue in the juicy and very mineral finish. This is one of the raciest rosés you can find, very elegant and refreshing.
