This haute-couture cuvée is worth its weight in gold, the aromatic oscillates between subtle autolysis notes mixed with an exceptional floral/mineral/fresh white fruit. On the palate there are subtle notes of fruit and flowers as well as a very delicate oxidation, all of this underscored by a chalky profile. The breed of this vintage is impressive, balance close to perfection and incredible length. Unfortunately, this blanc de noirs is crafted in very small quantities. You'll have to be quick if you want the chance to savour the finesse of this fizz.
