Aged for 4 years in new oak, another 3 years in stainless steel, and 6 months in bottle before being released from the winery. Dispite it's ageing, this wine is fresh and vibrant, with notes of strawberry, sour cherry, black plum, black tea, and rose petals, with gentle spice tones, chocolate with a citrusy finish.
