Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium purple color that lasts all the way through the wine and all the way to the rim. The main aroma is of burnt black fruit, almost like roasted blackberries, although there are also some notes of red fruit, perhaps a touch red fruits, like rapsberries and roasted blackberries. There are also some nice wood on the back, cedar and a touch of vanilla for sweetness. The wine has a medium to full bodied taste and the acid is very calm all the way through and to the finish. The wine holds that burnt blackberry flavor with a touch bitterness in it to the end.
