Light yellow and clear appearance. Intense complex and fine on the nose with spicy, floral, fruity and minerals notes; gently citrusy and nutty. This vermouth is dry, soft and warm, persistent with notes of cinnamon, flowers, sage and almonds.
Alessio Dry Vermouth is created from a 1950’s recipe called “extract for dry vermouth”. Among the ingredients are several absinthe, yarrow muscat, centaurea, hyssop, thistle, sage, etc. expertly using both mountain and garden herbs.
