Produced in collaboration with the Blue Hill at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, the team utilized the harvest of organically grown sorghum, freshed pressed the juice on site at the farm, and then spent over 2yrs in the lab in Brooklyn distilling and infusing it with over 50 organic-certified botanicals featuring lemongrass, anise, hyssop, genepi, lemon balm, fennel, spearmint, thyme, ambrette, and angelica. Imagine the flavor profile of green chartreuse with the balance of yellow.
