This super-premium blend offers a far smokier, roasted nose than the rest of the Barceló lineup. At the palate, a creamy, buttery oak, roast sugar cane, and brown sugar aged up to 10 years with a superb flavor profile. Bright copper-amber color. Aromas of buttercream, dried cherries, intense vanilla, pineapple jam and caramelized walnuts;  On the palate, a dry fruity lush medium-body, full of depth and balance. Finishing with a note of carrot cake, kola nut, mocha and strong toasted flavor that slowly fades.

Imperial is best enjoyed as a sipping rum, ideal for straight up or on-the-rocks consumption.
