The Chasselas grape—a specialty of Switzerland, where it represents the most commonly planted white variety and is responsible for some truly spectacular wines—also has a small Alsatian stronghold, with roughly one hundred hectares to its name. Boxler, is fortunate enough to enjoy a privileged position on the granite slopes of Niedermorschwihr.
