A hybrid between a traditional sparkling wine and a Pét Nat. Albarino brings acidity and juiciness, while Pinot Noir lends the wine body and depth with age. The result was a hugely textural wine with citrus, confectionary, as well as yeast and cooked fruits.
Blend of wine from ’21, ’22, and ’23 vintages. Barrel-fermented, aged in barrel until bottling. Secondary fermentation in bottle until dry.
