A subtle mix of Dijon pear, smoke, fleur de sel, fresh ginger and slivered almond notes. The wine is soft and rounded although unmistakably from Chardonnay in the chalky Côte des Blancs. Crisp apples have a light creaminess as well as lively acidity.
