A Shiraz with character for all occasions. Plush and velvety, with cascades of dark cherry plum and spicy fruit. Ripe but fine tannins give texture. It’s an Aussie classic, made to be copiously drinkable. De-stemmed and crushed into concrete open fermenters, hand plunged. Aging in stainless steel tanks (no oak).
