Wild is a delicious, irresistible banger. It contains the naturally fermented juice of one pound of Maine wild blueberries, raised and tended and hand-harvested by the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Co. in and around Columbia Falls, Maine. Passamaquoddy have been harvesting this indigenous wild fruit for more than 1,000 years. A pure, minimally processed wine, scrumptious but also sort of serious.

The blueberries are harvested, foot-crushed & pressed in August, then aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Followed by a light filtration. Secondary fermentation at canning, force carbonated.
