Aromas of red fruit and spices, with a medium full body, soft tannin, integrated acidity and a fruity finish.

Sourced from their estate vineyard in the western edge of the Upper Galilee at 800m ASL. Soils are composed of a gravelly flint (silex) clay. Hand harvested. Natural fermentation in open-top vats, some of the Syrah is whole-cluster fermented. Aged 12 months in Austrian oak oval foudres and French oak barrels (all neutral). Racked and blended then aged another 6 months in concrete tanks before bottling.
