This wine bursts aromas of lemon and grapefruit zest and offers subtle flavors of white peach, key lime, and honeydew melon.
100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from their estate vineyard in the western edge of the Upper Galilee at 800m ASL. Soils are composed of a gravelly flint (silex) clay. Hand harvested then gently whole-cluster pressed. Natural fermentation in oak. Aged 6 months on lees in neutral French oak barrels.
