It's incredibly rare we find a single varietal Pinot Meunier, typically a blending grape in Champagne. It's even more rare to find it as as a full red in Oregon of all places. With that being said, we are incredibly happy that this wine exists. On the nose, this wine showcases tart red fruits, dried herbs, and a wonderful vegetal kick. There's bright acidity and savory goodness in the glass. The perfect red to pair with roasted white meats and roasted root vegetables. Thanksgiving anyone?
