Simple and elegant, L'Inattendue offers a beautiful effervescence, a delicate nose, and an aromatic combination of roundness, fruit and freshness. Ageing on lees 36 to 42 months. Dosage 7g / l.

'L'Inattendue' translates to 'Unexpected'. Unexpected because it is rare in Champagne to see an entry-range cuvée made from a single grape variety : a 100% Pinot Meunier, the main grape variety on the estate.
